*Self Pay Discount Program – Can apply at any county clinics or county hospital sites where they will recieve services. For more information call 648-9553

*Mexi-Plan -Health net and with the Consulate General of Mexico has designed a affordable quality medical coverage for families.  This plan can be sued within our County facilites in Ventura County and also in the northern border parts of Mexico.  For more information call 1-800-266-6606.

*SafeGuard Dental and Vision Plan – ($8.00 Plan) It’s a combined dental and vision program that will provide excellent benefits for the whole family.  Call 1-800-936-0324 to receive a packet or go on line to apply at www.safeguard.net

* Westminister Free Clinic– there is no charge for any services offered at the clinic and no donation is requested.  Services only available to people with no health insurance, and who cannot afford healthcare on their own.  Located at 1000 East Janss Road, Thousand Oaks, at the United Methodist Church from 5:00 to 10:00 pm., on Wednesdays – No appointment is needed, drop-in only.

* The Salvation Army of Oxnard – Medical and Dental Clinic, patients seen in the medical clinic are of low income, no Medi-Cal, Meidcare or other medical insurance.  Clinic provides limited care for uncomplicated chronic diseases and non-emergency acute conditions.  Must arrive at 7:00 am, no appointments required, first come first served.  Please call first to see if services are available at (805) 483–9235.  Medical services Monday – Thursday & Dental services Tuesday- thursday.

* Oxnard College – this is a dental hygiene program at low rates.  Services are limited, call (805) 986-5823.

*Wal-Mart $4.00 Prescription Program – The program covers up to a 30 – day supply of eligible drugs at commonly prescribed dosages for $4.00.  Also for $10.00 will cover a 90 day- supply.

* Target $4.00 Prescription Program – The program covers up to a 30 day supply of eligible drugs at commonly prescribed dosages for $4.00.  Also for $10.00 will cover a 90 day -supply.

*Ralphs $4.00 Prescription Program – The program covers up to a 30 -day supply of eligible drugs at commonly prescribed dosages for $4.00.  Also for $10.00 will cover a 90 day -supply.

*CVS $9.99  Ninety Day Program – The program only covers 90-day supply of eligible drugs at commonly prescribed dosages for $9.99.  If it’s a maintenance prescription you can ask your doctor for 180 days which would cost you $19.98.  This program has a membership enrollment of $10.00 a year, for more information or to sign up call 1-888-616-2273, or visit www.cvs.com/healthsavingspass

*Ventura County Discount RX Card– this pre-activated, ready-to-use card can be presented to any participating pharmacy and you’ll save an average of up to 65% on your prescriptions.  There is no paperwork to fill out.  there are no limits on usage.  Additionally there are n health condition restrictions.  There is no fee ever charged for this card.  It’s a benfit provided by Ventura County so residents can save on their prescriptions.  Call to enroll at 1-800-931-8872 or go online to www.coast2coastrx.com/venturaca

Health Care For Kids – The program is to help parents enroll their children ages 0-18 regardless of their immigraiton status into a health care plan.  The criteria used to determine eligibility for the various plans is family size and income.  Please call for an appointment at 805- 677-5244.
