Workshop Expungement

Expungement Workshop ( Petitions -Felonies/Misdemeanors)- First and Third Monday of Every Month 12:00-2:00pm

You are ready for expungement if you are not on probation or parole, not been to prison on that case, not charged with a new crime and have paid all fines and fees for the convictions you want to expunge. 

What to Bring:  Please bring a copy of your docket from the court or your DOJ Rap Sheet.  To obtain LA County Case info, go to any criminal court in Los Angeles County and ask the clerk’s office for a print-out of all your criminal convictions.

In our question and answer period, we will discuss: .Expungements .Certificates of Rehabilitation/Pardon . Juvenile Record Sealing . Reducing Felonies to Misdemeanors . What an Expungement does and does not do . Licensing Issues.

We will complete Expungement Petitions, Fee Waivers and Proof of Service You will be ready to file your petition with the Clerk’s Office when you leave the workshop.
